the dispute was more miscommunication a result of both ends receiving different feedback of the package location and status, sadly my rightful claim for late delivery was taken personally by the sales lady. It might have got her under pressure with her supervisor but when looked at the other way round I to have phone calls from my clients that need to be answered in a polite way even when I am angry. Package was lost and found product is great.
